CrossInbox

Legal

Terms of Service

Last updated July 29, 2026

1. Using CrossInbox

By creating an account you agree to use CrossInbox in compliance with these terms, WhatsApp's Business Policy, and all applicable laws — including messaging consent and anti-spam requirements in the regions where you contact customers.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected API tokens secure, and for all activity that happens under your workspace. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free trial & billing

New workspaces get a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. If you choose to continue on a paid plan, billing is monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use CrossInbox to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass recipients, distribute malware, or violate WhatsApp's or any email provider's terms. We may suspend accounts that put our ability to deliver messages for other customers at risk.

5. Availability

We aim to keep CrossInbox available and reliable, but message delivery ultimately depends on third-party providers (WhatsApp, email carriers) that are outside our control. We'll do our best to communicate any planned downtime in advance.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll let you know by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect.
