Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your workspace's billing page. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your conversations, contacts, and campaigns stay in your workspace for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate. After that, they're permanently deleted.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API access?

Yes — CrossInbox connects using your own WhatsApp Business API credentials. We'll walk you through getting set up during onboarding.

How many team members can I invite?

Starter is built for solo use, Growth includes 5 seats, and Scale includes unlimited seats. You can invite teammates at any point from Team settings.
