Plans, billing, and cancelling
How your trial, subscription, and payments work.
Every account starts with a trial. When you are ready, upgrade from the Billing page to keep your channels active.
- 1 Open Billing from the sidebar to see your current plan and trial status.
- 2 Choose a plan and complete secure checkout.
- 3 View past payments any time in your payment history.
- 4 Cancel or resume whenever you like — there is no lock-in, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta are separate and billed by Meta directly.
